Motors are assembled here and prepared for their later use. The picture shows a 6-inch motor with PT100.
Among other things, the bolts for fastening the pump and the NEMA shaft journal can be seen. This will later drive the pump so that water can be pumped in the desired quantity and at the required pressure. 💧
The combination of motor and pump is known as a pump unit. Such 6-inch motors are used, for example, in industrial operations, by municipal utilities or for watering lawns – for example in gardens or on soccer pitches.
