Individual system solutions

oddesse plant construction

oddesse Pumpen- und Motorenfabrik GmbH develops and supplies customized system solutions based on oddesse pumps and control technology. Our spectrum ranges from pressure boosting systems as fully automatic compact plants, ground and domestic water pumping stations, irrigation systems, flood pumping stations, sewage water pumping stations, system solutions for biogas plants, solar pumping systems and water treatment plants.

Using permanent magnet technology, we develop highly efficient submersible pump systems made of physiologically harmless materials. This makes the pumps and motors suitable for use in drinking water. The efficient systems are characterised by an increased efficiency and sustainably save energy and costs. Converting old pumping equipment to more efficient systems thus helps to reduce the ecological footprint of the water industry and protect the environment.

With forward-looking control solutions for the use of pumps, motors and systems, oddesse ensures high electrical and hydraulic efficiency and optimum adaptation of the system to the operating conditions, e.g. by using customised oddesse switchgear, electronic control units po-msd and po-mse, EUPSIM for wireless monitoring of pump systems including connection to the process control system or MCA-P control units with measured value display and parameterisation via Bluetooth.

Pressure boosting plants

The pressure jacket pumps of the Eichsfelder Kessel Water and Wastewater Association system are operated via an electronic oddesse controller and run in maintenance-free, fully automatic mode. There is the possibility of alternating or peak-load operation.

Solar pump systems in Mauritania

The pump systems were installed to deliver water from deep wells in self-sufficient areas. A three-phase current field is generated from solar energy by solar inverters from EAI Ilsenburg company. It is driven by oddesse submersible pumps.

Use in biogas plants

In a biogas plant in Brandenburg, different pumps are used for water supply, the individual process stages and the auxiliary circuits.

Domestic water supply from deep wells

The powerful submersible pumps with integrated microcontroller module EUPSIM are driven by generators. The motor temperature and data transmission takes place via the motor cable. The system is monitored and controlled via the Internet or mobile phone network.

EAI Elektro- und Automatisierungstechnik GmbH Ilsenburg has been an innovative and reliable partner of oddesse in the development and supply of innovative electronic controllers and monitoring systems for pumps and motors for more than 20 years. They support oddesse in their area of specialisation all around the globe.
