Inhouse Schulung zu Gleitringdichtungen
Aufgrund von personellen Veränderungen der letzten Zeit sowohl in der Fertigung, im Vertrieb als auch auch im Einkauf, wurde bei uns im Haus eine zweitägige Schulung der Firma Eagle Burgman zum Thema Gleitringdichtungen für die Kolleginnen und Kollegen durchgeführt.
Ziel der Schulung war es dabei, dass oddesse weiterhin mit gleichbleibend hoher Qualität die Produkte auslegen und fertigen kann. Neben der Montage sowie Inbetriebnahme von Gleitringdichtungen war die Analyse von Schäden Bestandteil der Schulung.
Invitation to IFAT 2024
IFAT Munich 2024 will take place from May 13 to 17. IFAT is a solution platform, networking event and knowledge hub at the same time and brings together the most important international industry representatives from politics, business and science. As the largest trade fair for the water, wastewater, recycling and municipal technology sectors, the trade fair offers exciting ideas and innovative solutions. At our stand in hall B1, stand number 414, we will be happy to inform you about our energy-efficient pumps and motors and the advantages they have to offer. So stop by and get to know the products and services of oddesse and ORPU.
Visit from the Egyptian Ministry of Water Management and Irrigation
We welcomed a 10-strong Egyptian delegation from the Ministry of Water Management and Irrigation to oddesse at the end of February. The focus was on presenting the latest technical developments and innovations from oddesse. Our team also trained the directors and technical engineers from the department for mechanics and electric in terms of the quality-compliant production steps during product manufacture and the detailed testing procedures for all final submersible motor pumps and drainage pumps. The training aimed to familiarise our valued customers and partners from Egypt with the best practices and highest quality standards to ensure top performance for all oddesse products.
Training mission in the Sahara
In mid-February, an oddesse team traveled to the Algerian Sahara to train 30 technicians and engineers at the service base of a long-standing client. This mainly involved the assembly and disassembly of oddesse submersible motor pumps, submersible motors and drainage pumps, which are used in the desert for water utilization.
Einladung zum Thüringer Wasserkolloquium
Auch in 2024 stellen wir die Produkte und Leistungen der oddesse wieder auf zahlreichen regionalen Veranstaltungen und internationalen Messen vor. Der Startschuss fällt am 7. März in Erfurt auf dem Thüringer Wasserkolloquium. Die DVGW-Landesgruppe Mitteldeutschland organisiert jährlich die Veranstaltung mit begleitender Fachausstellung. Das 29. Thüringer Wasserkolloquium findet zum zweiten Mal im Erfurter Steigerwaldstadion statt und bietet in bewährter Weise wieder die Möglichkeit, aktuelle Themen zu erörtern und sich in der Branche zu vernetzen.

DVGW experience exchange in Rastatt and Travemünde
The DVGW is the centre of competence for the gas and water industry in Germany. As a know-how provider and research initiator, it plays a significant role in the training of professionals and their networking in many economic, research and social sectors.
oddesse has been a member of the DVGW for many years and is active as a trade exhibitor at many association events. This is also the case in 2023. This year we started with the Thuringian Water Colloquium in March in Erfurt and continued with the Water Meeting Hof in April. At the end of the year, we will be represented at the DVGW Master Experience Exchanges in Rastatt and Travemünde in November and December.
6. Westfälische Trinkwassertagung in Paderborn
The 6th Westphalian Drinking Water Conference will take place in Paderborn on 27 and 28 September 2023. . Practice-oriented lectures and exhibitions by renowned manufacturers form the framework of this event initiated by MÖSSLEIN Wassertechnik. oddesse has been a guest at various events in this series for many years – including in 2023 in Landshut and Paderborn (Stand C21).
Bohrtechniktage in Bad Zwischenahn
The Drilling Technology Days in Bad Zwischenahn will take place this year as part of the 73rd Well Construction Days. Specialist lectures and demonstrations by more than 100 exhibitors from Germany and Europe offer extensive opportunities for information on drilling technology and well construction. This year’s key topics are geothermal energy, digitalisation and sustainability. oddesse will be exhibiting its products from 20 to 21 September 2023 on the grounds of Bau-ABC Rostrup at Elmendorfer Straße 40 in Bad Zwischenahn. You will find us at stand F05.
