Project story of a mobile pressure boosting station for the capital city
In February 2025, oddesse took part in a tender by Berliner Wasserbetriebe to manufacture and supply a mobile pressure boosting station for the municipal water supply. The system is intended to temporarily replace permanently installed stations that need to be replaced. Oddesse was awarded the contract in mid-March.
The system consists of four vertical centrifugal pumps, which are speed-controlled via a common control system and mounted in a container. It is designed for a maximum volume flow of 200 m³/h and a pressure increase of up to 15 bar. There are several connection options on the side and base for flexible integration into different local water supply systems.
The station left the oddesse factory on July 15, right on schedule, and was delivered directly to our customer in Berlin. The handover was made by Stephan Westphal and Winfried Brinkop on the same day.
Following a successful test phase, the pressure boosting station has been supplying water to a residential area in north-east Berlin since the beginning of September – at its first location.
Successful presence of oddesse at the 30th Water Master Experience Exchange

From the 25. to The 30th Water Master Experience Exchange of the DVGW Bavarian Regional Group took place in Rosenheim from June 26 to 26, 2025 – an established platform for knowledge exchange, practical dialogues and networking in the field of water supply. We, oddesse Pumpen- und Motorenfabrik GmbH, were also represented again this year with our own information stand.
The event focused on digitalization within the water supply sector, inter-municipal cooperation and current developments in the Bavarian water supply sector. The conference was accompanied by an extensive trade exhibition with over 50 exhibitors.
Oddesse presented visitors with innovative solutions from the company, including the SÖFFEL* waste water pumps and highly efficient UWM pumps with modern PM synchronous motor technology. The focus of many discussions included the possible applications of PM motors in deep well systems, questions about delivery times, services in the field of maintenance and oddesse’s wide range of services.

oddesse beim 5. Wassertreffen Hof 2025 – Innovation trifft Austausch
Am 14. Und 15. Juni 2025 fand zum 5. Mal der Wassertreff Hof statt – ein bedeutendes Branchentreffen für Fachleute rund um das Thema Wasser. Ausgerichtet von der DVGW-Landesgruppe Bayern und Mitteldeutschland, dient die Veranstaltung dem Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen Geschäftsführungen, technischen Leitungen und Fachkräften der Wasserwirtschaft.
Themenschwerpunkte waren unteranderem die Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt sowie Herausforderungen für die sichere Trinkwasserversorgung in Deutschland bei sinkendem Wasserdargebot und Wasserknappheit.
Mit insgesamt 36 Ausstellern war die Fachausstellung gut besetzt. Unser Team, Herr Roger Manthee und Herr Andreas Weise, führten zahlreiche interessante Fachgespräche.
Wir freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Austausch, spätestens beim 6. Wassertreff Hof!
Neuer Vertriebsleiter Deutschland

Nachdem unser bisheriger Vertriebsleiter Inland, Herr Winfried Brinkop, seine Position zum
31. März 2025 abgegeben hat, übernimmt ab dem 01. April 2025 sein, seit dem 01. Juli 2018, stellvertretender Vertriebsleiter, Herr Andreas Note die Verantwortung als neuer Vertriebsleiter Deutschland.
Herr Stephan Westphal ist seit dem 01. April 2025 der stellvertretende Vertriebsleiter Deutschland und Herr Hardy Zarpentin ist seit dem 01. April 2025 der 2. stellvertretende Vertriebsleiter Deutschland.
Die Geschäftsführung bedankt sich bei Herrn Winfried Brinkop für seine langjährige Tätigkeit im Unternehmen, besonders für die Verantwortung der Leitung des Vertriebes Inland seit dem
01. Januar 2019 und die damit verbundenen hervorragenden Leistungen. Er wird auch weiterhin bis zu seinem wohlverdienten Ruhestand den Vertrieb Deutschland tatkräftig unterstützen.
Wir wünschen Herrn Note, Herrn Westphal und Herrn Zarpentin für ihre verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeiten viel Erfolg.

Seit 1994 bestimmte er den Kurs der oddesse im Vertriebsgebiet Süd. Nach nunmehr 31 ereignis- und erfolgreichen Jahren im mitunter stürmischen Außendienst, übergab Andreas Weise am 01.04.2025 das Ruder an seinen Nachfolger.
Der neue Steuermann heißt Roger Manthee. Er kreuzt ab sofort südwärts und erkundet dort die Wünsche und Erwartungen unserer Kunden.
Wir sagen Danke, lieber Andreas, für die geile Zeit mit Dir. Genieß Deinen Ruhestand und bleib uns gewogen. Und Du, Roger, setz‘ Deine Segel – wir wünschen Dir viel Erfolg und allzeit gute Fahrt.
