Due to the general increase in environmental awareness and steadily rising energy prices, oddesse has been working intensively on the topic of energy efficiency for several years. Our team develops and produces highly efficient submersible pump systems with high efficiencies. By saving energy in a sustainable way, our products help to reduce operating costs and CO2 emissions.

The basis of our actions has been a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 1994. Periodic reviews continually improve oddesse’s quality standards.

Issues such as customer satisfaction, training in quality and service and ensuring the quality from our suppliers and partners are the focus of our activities.

Since 2020, oddesse has also met the requirements of the environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015.

The conscientious handling of energy, material, operating resources and waste characterizes the way the company works. By individually adapting each pump unit to the customer’s requirements, we ensure its efficient and environmentally friendly operation for our customers.

All employees are obliged to carefully apply the defined standards and are personally requested to participate in the development of the integrated environmental and quality management system. This requires constant innovation and includes a continuous improvement process.

In addition, oddesse has introduced an occupational health and safety management system as part of the Integrated Management System (IMS), which meets the requirements of the standards of the national guidelines for occupational health and safety management systems.
