New Contact Person for the Northern Region

On June 1, 2026, we were pleased to welcome Mr. Andy Kühnke as a new member of our field sales team at oddesse & ORPU. We are very much looking forward to working with him and wish him a successful start.

Mr. Kühnke will be taking over responsibility for our customers in the Northern Region. As part of a phased transition, he will succeed Mr. Holm Sygulla, who is gradually retiring after several successful years. During this transition period, Mr. Sygulla will continue to serve as an advisor to our company and will assist with the onboarding process and the handover of his long-standing area of responsibility.

💧Rückblick auf die 3. Kasseler Trinkwassertagung 2026

Am 17. und 18. Juni 2026 waren wir auf der 3. Kasseler Trinkwassertagung in den Messehallen Kassel vertreten. Die Fachveranstaltung, organisiert von der Firma Mösslein, hat sich als wichtiger Treffpunkt der Wasserwirtschaft etabliert und brachte in diesem Jahr über 90 Aussteller zusammen.

Die Kombination aus Fachtagung und begleitender Fachausstellung bot eine ideale Plattform für den fachlichen Austausch. Besucherinnen und Besucher – überwiegend Mitarbeitende regionaler Wasser- und Abwasserverbände sowie der Stadtwerke – nutzten die Ausstellungszeiten vor den Vorträgen, während der Pausen und nach Veranstaltungsende, um sich über aktuelle Lösungen und Innovationen zu informieren.

An unserem Messestand führten wir zahlreiche interessante Fachgespräche. Im Mittelpunkt standen insbesondere unsere Lösungen im Bereich Schmutzwasserpumpen sowie UWM-Pumpen. Darüber hinaus bot die Messe eine gute Gelegenheit, sich mit anderen Ausstellern über aktuelle Entwicklungen und Herausforderungen der Branche auszutauschen.

Wir bedanken uns bei allen Besucherinnen und Besuchern für die interessanten Gespräche und freuen uns bereits auf die nächste Kasseler Trinkwassertagung in zwei Jahren.

An important milestone: topping-out ceremony at ORPU🏗️🎉

On May 6, 2026, ORPU Pumpenfabrik GmbH celebrated a significant milestone: the topping-out ceremony for its new company site. This special occasion was celebrated in the company of numerous guests, participants, and staff members.

Our managing directors Ronny Kunkel and Holger Zutz warmly welcomed the guests and thanked them for their support during the construction phase. 👷🤝

A special highlight of the event was the ceremonial burying of the time capsule – as a symbolic moment for the start of a successful future.

On behalf of the management, we would like to thank all supporters, employees and guests who celebrated this day with us and accompanied the project.
